Subcontract Production
| Most of our
manufacturing work consists of pressing and/or blowing glass components of our customers
own design to an agreed specification. Typical of the products we make are
bulkheads, wellglasses, marine & ship lighting, aircraft and airport runway lenses,
exterior light fittings, laboratory glass, nosing glasses, reproduction bottles and
glasses. For new products we can handle mould design, prototyping and manufacture, but require detailed drawings or samples for this. Most production is in one of our flint or borosilicate clear glass types, but we also run various coloured glass types throughout the year, depending on demand. |

Please note that drawings and/or samples are needed before we can give any idea of how, or indeed if, a product can be made and then offer budget prices.
